We wish to inform you that the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) is currently undertaking a data cleansing exercise specifically for the Electronic Personal License (EPL) pertaining to Flight Crew Licensing (FCL).

Additionally, CAAM will be conducting an internal testing of the Data Entry Module from 16th October 2023 to 19th October 2023. Starting from 20th October 2023, all FCL users will be able to update their latest licence information using the Data Entry Module.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this period.

Users are required to retain the updated physical copy of their license until the conclusion of the transition period.

Photos to be uploaded must be high-quality, with good lighting and sharp focus as it will be reflected in the licence. Photos that do not meet the specified requirement will be rejected.

Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) is currently in the process of digitalising pilot licences. All licence holders will be issued an Electronic Personal License (EPL) number through eCLIPSE. During this transition period, license holders can still use their existing license number. However, after the transition period has ended, the use of the EPL will be mandatory and the old license number will no longer be valid.
